Write to [email protected]. Include your device model and iOS version — it saves a round trip. Expect a reply within two business days.
Where is my data stored? On your iPhone, and nowhere else. Nubi has no account and no server. A copy is placed in your own private iCloud so you can recover your entries after reinstalling. See the Privacy Policy.
I reinstalled the app and my entries are gone. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for Nubi in iOS Settings, then reopen the app. The restore runs at launch, before the database opens.
Does Nubi tell me what dose to take? No, and it never will. Nubi records what you enter and shows it back to you. It performs no dose calculation, no unit conversion and no titration suggestion. Always follow the instructions of a healthcare professional.
The curve, the projection — are these medical? No. They are computed from your own entries and are neither a clinical measurement nor a prediction of results.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Nubi: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I bought a subscription but the app still asks me to pay. Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchase". If that fails, write to us with the Apple receipt.
How do I delete my data? Entries are deleted one at a time, where you see them: an injection, a weigh-in or a photo each has a Delete action. To remove everything at once, delete the app — the database goes with it.
One thing to know: the private iCloud copy outlives the app, which is what makes your entries come back after a reinstall. To remove that copy too, go to iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Nubi.
There is nothing for us to erase on our side: no entry ever reaches us.
