These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Rewire Studio ("we", "us", "the Developer") about your use of the Nubi mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms are published in English and apply to every language version of the App.
Nubi is a personal tracking app for people following a GLP-1 treatment. It lets you:
The App is a personal record-keeping tool. Nothing more is claimed for it.
Nubi is not a medical device. It provides no medical advice, no diagnosis, no treatment, no dosing guidance and no emergency support.
The App prescribes nothing and adjusts nothing. The curves, estimates and statistics it displays — including any estimated medication level — are computed from what you enter, using generic published values. They describe your own records back to you. They are not a measurement of what is in your body, and they are not a clinical result.
Always follow the instructions of your prescriber, your pharmacist and the medication leaflet. Never start, stop, increase, decrease, delay or otherwise change a treatment on the basis of anything this App displays.
If you have symptoms, side effects, a missed dose or any question about your treatment, contact a qualified healthcare professional. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Nubi is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected to any company that manufactures or markets the treatments it mentions. Medication names appear only so that you can identify your own, and remain the property of their respective owners.
The App does not promote any medication, and is not advertising for any prescription-only medicine.
