1. Acceptance

By downloading or using DailyBe, you agree to these terms.

2. Description

DailyBe is a personal development app that delivers daily affirmations, journaling, and mindfulness tools.

3. Subscriptions

• DailyBe offers monthly and annual subscription plans ("DailyBe+").
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store settings.

4. Free Trial

• New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial, free users have limited access (2 notifications/day, 1 category, 5 favorites max).

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. DailyBe does not process refunds directly.

6. User Data

All personal data (name, journal entries, favorites, preferences) is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
